The Department The IT Operations and Systems Department provides the Club’s internal and external customers with expected IT System and Services that enable business operations. The Department’s goal is to provide the Club’s IT customers with best in class IT service offerings and experience.
IT Operations and Systems serves as the primary user engagement channel for IT for help and service offerings fulfillment. Engagement is offered 24x7 via phone, email and direct on-site support.
IT Operations and Systems is the Service owner responsible for; IT Data Computing facilities; production Infrastructure platforms; Incident, Change, Problem, Resilience, Capacity, Configuration, Procurement functions; Service Assurance and Quality management; and Level 1 /2 system support functions.
The Job You will:
Ensure network system records are complete and up-to-date in a consistent and standardized format
Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for the network team
Oversee the implementation of network monitoring tools and automation and share with DCO
Develop SOP to enhance efficiency in incident handling
Monitor network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, security, application) to resolve network issues
Provide on-call support and lead emergency response efforts for network incidents
Analyze network data and generate reports for management
Conduct periodic reviews and identify areas of continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with the Club’s standards, policies, and processes
Align personal development plan with business objectives and embrace the transformation to move the team/department forward
About YouYou should have:
University degree in computer science, engineering or related subject
Hands-on experience of IP protocols and configuration of VLAN, IPSec tunnel, QoS, Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF, ACI, VPC, OTV, VRF etc.
Solid experience in LAN and WAN resilient design, implementation and support Experience with Huawei router and switch is an advantage
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and independently
Good communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate with different teams and vendors
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
In-depth knowledge in Huawei and Cisco router and switch
Holder of HCIP/HCIE and Cisco CCIE certification or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of network management and ITIL operation process
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and best practices
Experience with network monitoring and management tools
Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, Cisco ACI, F5, Akamai and troubleshooting skill
Terms of Employment The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
