Mr. Kibrick was born in Boston, attended public schools in Brockton and Phillips Academy of Andover, and was graduated from Harvard College in 1938, and Harvard School of Business Administra- tion. in joined 1943. New York Life HERBERT V. KIBRICK Insurance Co.
shortly after graduation. In 1958. 1 he was named president of New York Life's Top Club, highest sales honor attainable field underwriter. He was" a life and qualifying member of the Million Dollar, Round Table. His father, Isaac A.
Kibrick, who for many years has been a leading agent for the company, was president of the Top Club in 1935. Herbert Kibrick was a member the committee of Public examining, Library and the executive committee of the New England Alumni Assn. of Phillips Academy. He was also a member of the Associates of the Adolescents of Childrens Medical Center, a director of the Friends of Music of Boston University, a Mason and a member of B'nai B'rith. He belonged to the Boston and National Life Underwriters American Society of Chartered Life Underwriters and the Boston Life Insurance and Trust Council.
He served three years in the Army during World War II, rising to first lieutenant and was a lieutenant colonel in the Army Reserve. He leaves a wife, Jane, and his parents. Dr. Rudolph Neustadt, Neurologist; at 63 Private services will be held today for Dr. Rudolph Neu-' stadt, 63, prominent neurologist and psychiatrist, who died Tuesday while leaving Dedham Superior Court.
The doctor had appeared in court to testify in a civil automobile damage suit. Dr. Neustadt operated a private hospital in Hanover for the past 11 years with his wife, also a physician. He was also a former staff member at Quincy City Hospital and director of professional education at the Veterans Hospital in Bedford. Robert C.

Mr. Hyde was a native of Poultney, Vt. Cardinal Asks Bon Secours Nursing School LAWRENCE, Nov. 30-Cardinal Cushing tonight told the Bon Secours Hospital Guild he would recommend later that a school for nurses be built at the hospital. The cardinal, principal speaker at the hospital supporters' annual dinner, lauded the work of the Bon Secours nuns, but said an ample supply of nurses is needed.
Because of fixed debts, the sisters are not quite ready to expand with a nursing school, he said, but he promised to make the recommendation even before the debts are paid off. The cardinal noted the large number of mentally ill patients in United States hospitals and gave the 500 persons at the dinner some advice. Clements, Architect, Engineer YARMOUTH, Nov. memorial service for George F. Clements of Main architect and civil engineer, will held at 2 p.m. Friday at Mary's Episcopal Church, Barnstable. a Mr.
Clements, 61, died yesterday at Union Station, Providence when he suffered a heart seizure. He was credited with designing more than 2500 projects the New England area, many them on Cape Cod. He was an (initial advocate and planner the Mid-Cape Highway and was one of the three architects who designed the State Pier at Buzzards Bay. A native of Cambridge, Mr. Clements grew up in Somer-4 ville.
He was graduated from Northeastern University, Class of 1922. He also attended Tufts College and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After conducting a civil engineering business in Waltham for two years, he moved to Yarmouth 1925 and established the George F. Clements Engineering Firm. He leaves a wife, Florence (Pinkerton); two sons, George F.
